The National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise Development organized a graduation ceremony for the first group of Kuwaiti entrepreneurs who successfully completed the training course under the Kauffman Entrepreneurship Programme, a program conducted by leading company in the field of entrepreneurship development.
Organised under the patronage of the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Yousef Al Ali and in the presence of the Fund’s Chairman, Dr. Mohammad Al-Zuhair, the ceremony was held at the Scientific Research Convention Centre of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where 60 entrepreneurs were honored.
The Minister presented the graduates with certificates in support of their entrepreneurship spirit and dedicated efforts, and awarded jurors and mentors who provided technical support for the group during a 21-day training period.
These intensive training programs are designed to qualify and help entrepreneurs develop project ideas and provide them with the skills to conduct feasibility studies and establish and manage successful enterprises.
The initiative comes in line with the Fund’s objective to provide training, consultancy services, and technical support for Kuwaiti entrepreneurs seeking to start small and medium enterprises
Graduates were given the opportunity to present their project ideas, which were developed throughout the training course.
