Business incubator centers are specialized entities that provide a wide range of administrative, technical, and logistical services for various activities, whether physical or virtual. They contribute to creating and operating an integrated and scalable work environment to help entrepreneurs overcome many of the difficulties and obstacles that hinder their activities and projects, by providing administrative, technical, economic, financial, legal, and other capabilities.
The business incubator centers at the National Fund include the following activities: Business Incubators, Business Accelerators, Shared Workspaces, Innovation Centers.
This is a procedure taken by the National Fund in coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and other relevant authorities, by supervising the organization of the procedures for issuing commercial licenses for business incubator centers to raise the level of efficiency in providing services and improving the business environment in the State of Kuwait.

This is a procedure taken by the National Fund for companies that have previously obtained a license for business incubator center activities through the Fund and the competent authorities, and have applied for accreditation in accordance with the procedures, conditions, and criteria organized by the regulatory framework for business incubator centers accredited by the Fund.

Companies licensed as business incubators by the competent authorities, providing a range of services to small and medium enterprises for a period of time called the "incubation period" by providing a suitable work environment, with the aim of increasing their chances of success and growth.
Companies licensed as business accelerators by the competent authorities. They work to accelerate the life cycle of start-up businesses in their early stages, through intensive acceleration programs of limited duration, usually between 3-12 months.
Companies licensed for shared workspace activities by the competent authorities, providing an open space that includes offices, halls, and spaces built according to a distinctive architectural design, working to create a collaborative environment.
Companies licensed as specialized innovation centers by the competent authorities, providing services to entrepreneurs and business owners and seeking to support and encourage them in creativity and innovation.
